From East - I-80 to 180 (Williamsport), 15N to 414 (Morris) - 287 to Wellsboro- 660/362 to 362 to Rt.6. Turn west to Galeton, turn left at West St. past stop light (this is the fastest way, but bumpy..also takes you to Lyman Run if you are picking up Dome keys. Or continue on 6 up Denton Hill past Potato City Inn. Next left dirt road is Billy Lewis which will take you across to Rt. 44 just east of Patterson Park, Turn left on 44 to CSSP. Or continue again on 6 to Rt. 44 in Sweden Valley. Turn left...Continue to CSSP.
From West: I-80 to 220 to Williamsport, then same as above.
From North: NY Rt. 86 (17) to 15 S. at Painted Post going to Williamsport. Get off at Tioga Rt. 287 S. Continue to Rt. 6, turn West to Galeton to West St. to CSSP.

For those of you who attended the Cherry Springs Star Party, you already know that the gas companies in the surrounding areas agreed to stop "flaring" at 9:00 pm and resume at 5:00 am the next morning on the nights that were clear. It was also nice to find out that the drill rig lights to the south of the park really didn't extend much past the existing tree line. We continue to have good relations with the companies surrounding CSSP and hope that all astronomers will respect that these sites are similar to construction sites and can be dangerous places to be walking around on. You are not permitted to trespass on these sites and might well jeopardize the good working relationship we now enjoy with these companies. Please respect this - and next time you get behind a line of their trucks...just remember what they are willing to do for Astronomers at CSSP! Our many thanks to them, and to you!

Great post with enough informations.The point of good praise is that it must look deadly serious in order to seem sincere. I really favor in your blog!The great masterpiece with nice and informative post and topic that move me and enlarged my eyeline quite a lot.
